This newly opened hotel has incredibly friendly staff and a superb location near the beaches in a safe area.

Our overall stay was great. The location to downtown Newport was very convenient. The staff was great when we needed extra towels they were delivered promptly.

The only negatives was our room's carpet was sticky and the room layout was odd.

Reasonable complimentary breasfast. Free wifi at room.

The breakfast was excellent, served hot and delicious, and having an outdoor bar was an added bonus, while the hotel's location was conveniently close to historical sites.

Staff was extremely friendly, polite, and accommodating, the free breakfast was extensive, and we enjoyed using the pool and hot tub as well as the little fitness area.

Friend slept on the pull out sofa and it was unfortunately not comfortable (while the actual bed was great!). Also, we booked last minute for a holiday weekend and paid more than what we really wanted to, but that was our fault for not planning ahead.

I truly enjoyed hot and very good breakfast, great views.

It was pleasant and fabulous place to stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable; the room was new-fashioned and neat. The location was marvellous and absolutely perfect: it took about 20 minutes to reach the downtown. Had nice dainties at Corner Stone Bakery, located not very far from the hotel. The location is marvelous and convenient to many points on the coast. The room was updated, and the food was outstanding. Warm and free breakfast with a good choice of goodies is provided.

Loved how clean the hotel was and how comfortable the beds were!

During our stay was the changing of the clocks for Day-Light Savings, so we lost one full hour of our stay at the Hotel and the breakfast ended an hour early because of the time change.

The vibe here is really charming and it's a great spot to crash at! My room was super clean and had a nice modern touch. The beds were so comfy, I had the best sleep ever! 🌟

I ordered a room for 5 adults. I got a roll in bed. There was no space in the room to open the bed. When i contacted the front desk lady it didnt seem to surprise her. They shouldnt sell this room as suitable for 5.

Staff was extremely helpful and caring regarding personal issues at home that caused us to need special arrangements. Hotel was excellent!

The breakfast was great and had lots of different options. The room was quiet and had central heating, cable programming, and a microwave. The setting was marvelous, near multiple restaurants in the area.

I was the lucky one I got a bed.

Staff very cold to deal with. Allocated the wrong room, staff would not facilitate a room change. Given a camp bed that could not fit into the room. The porter shoved ithe 'cot' into the room and ran off, why? Because it wouldn't fit into the room any way? One of our group had to sleep on the floor because of this. The Manager could not speak with us to hear our complaints, he would not take our phone call re complaint he did not return phone call re complaint and Finally he has not acknowledged my EMail of complaint. So the customers don't MATTER In Middeltown!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The staff was very courteous, friendly and answered all our questions. Beds was excellent, as usual at a Hampton Inn.
